Namma Onam 2025, organized by LBSCEKA Bangalore, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on October 27, Sunday, at the East Coast Association Hall, Indiranagar. The event brought together alumni, families, and friends to celebrate the spirit of Onam with a perfect blend of tradition and community bonding. The festivities began with a Career Connect program, aimed at helping freshers and young professionals with placement guidance and networking opportunities.
The formal inauguration of the program was led by president Joseam Zakhariah, by lighting the lamp. Secretary Jishith addressed the gathering and shared exciting updates about the association, announcing that LBSCEKA Bangalore is now officially registered as a society in Karnataka, marking a significant milestone in its journey. He also launched the membership drive, inviting every alumnus to register as a formal member of the association. The LBSCEKA Bangalore football team who grabbed the runners up trophy at the KEA football tournament were also felicitated.
The venue came alive with vibrant Chendamelam, the grand entry of Maveli with a Thalappoli procession, dances, fashion show, and a sumptuous Onasadya. The celebrations continued with a medley by the in-house band, lively Onam games, and a spirited Vadamvali. Vice President Anjana conveyed the vote of thanks to all the people who worked tirelessly to make the celebration a grand success. The event was supported by Armadq and Gerg.
