The 2001 Electrical & Electronics Engineering batch of LBSCEK celebrated its 25th anniversary with a memorable reunion in Kochi from August 14 to 16, 2026. Thirty classmates travelled from different parts of the country by train, flight and car to reconnect and relive cherished college memories. Each arrival brought renewed excitement as familiar faces came together after 25 years.
Named “ReVolt⚡️25,” the reunion beautifully reflected both their engineering roots and the enduring energy of their friendship. The celebrations at Casino Hotel, Wellington Island, featured specially planned games and activities that brought back the enthusiasm, competitiveness and laughter of their college days. A chance meeting with popular Malayalam actor Naslen Abdul Gafoor added an unexpected celebrity moment to the celebrations.
The three-day gathering also coincided with India’s Independence Day and the festive spirit of Onam (Atham). Traditional attire, creative photographs, fun reels and group activities added colour to the celebrations. More than a celebration of 25 years, ReVolt 25 was a reminder that careers, families, distance and time could never diminish the bond formed as young engineering students.
