Twenty-five years after leaving LBSCE, the 1997–2001 batch came together in Kasaragod on 24 – 25 july 2026, for “Thirike – 25 Years of Friendship, a Lifetime of Memories,” celebrating a journey that time could never erase.
The reunion began aboard the Vande Bharat Express, where laughter, conversations and old memories transformed a train cabin into a reunion space. The group then explored Bekal Fort and Bekal Beach, enjoying a beautiful monsoon evening before returning to their alma mater the next morning.
At LBSCE, nearly 60 alumni and 24 members of the teaching fraternity came together for a day filled with nostalgia and emotion. From the “Down the Memory Lane” session to heartfelt interactions with former teachers, every moment celebrated the friendships and experiences that shaped their lives.
The reunion concluded with a memorable “Blue Ocean” group photograph. The blue T-shirts brought a touch of irony and plenty of smiles, those who once resisted uniforms were now proudly wearing one together!
Twenty-five years later, the memories remain, the friendships have grown stronger, and one promise echoes once again : We will meet again!
