The North American Alumni Meet of LBS College of Engineering, Kasaragod, took place in Dallas on October 27th and 28th, 2023, under a fitting tagline. Over seventy alumni from the 1997-2006 batches, along with their families, attended the event, making it the largest gathering in the college’s history. Held at the Hilton Hotel in Grapevine, the reunion, aptly named ‘Flashback,’ brought together former students for a memorable occasion.
The event was filled with nostalgia, featuring a blend of “Ottam Thullal,” “Chakyar Koothu,” and mono-acts that humorously reenacted college life. Directed by Anilkumar, the performance titled “Avialum Sambarum, Pinne Pulisseryum” had the audience in stitches. Joejo Joseph and Jacob Thomas shared a story that intertwined campus memories with personal experiences. The musical performances by Arun Mohan, Suhail, Manoj, Ajith Narayanan, Jeena Jacob, Nisha K Nair, and others added a melodious touch, leaving everyone with lasting memories.
