On March 1, 2008, one of the first alumni meetings of LBS College of Engineering Kasaragod Alumni Association (LBSCEKA) took place in Bangalore, marking a significant milestone in the history of the association. This event was a momentous occasion, bringing together former students and staff from LBS College for a day of reunion, reflection, and celebration.
The event was graced by the presence of several esteemed college staff members who had played a pivotal role in the academic lives of the alumni. Among them were Principal Mohammed Sekoor, who was a key figure in the college’s leadership, Alumni President Praveen Kodoth, and Lecturer Mahesh. Their attendance underscored the strong bond between the college and its alumni, and their participation added a touch of nostalgia and significance to the proceedings.
Alumni from various batches, specifically from 1997 to 2005, attended the meet, reflecting a broad spectrum of the college’s history. After the initial welcome and introductions, the event included a series of informal sessions and discussions, allowing everyone to catch up and reminisce about their time at LBS College. It was followed by lunch that offered a perfect opportunity for attendees to relax and continue their conversations in a more informal setting.
