LBS College of Engineering Kasaragod Alumni – Qatar Chapter (CEKAQ) hosted the “VEGA Chess Without Borders” open chess tournament on 21st Feb 2025. Abel Sajan was crowned as the champion.
The event attracted over 150 participants from diverse nationalities and age groups, fostering a spirit of inclusion and healthy competition. Over 50 prizes were awarded. In addition to the tournament, CEKAQ provided engaging activities for parents.
The event was widely praised for its meticulous management and professionalism, highlighting CEKAQ’s commitment to community engagement and promoting strategic thinking. The Event was supported by Chess Super League (CSL).
