The KEA Inter-Alumni Football Tournament 2025, organized by the Kerala Engineers Association (KEA) Bengaluru witnessed a thrilling display of footballing spirit on July 26 at Whitefield United. With 28 teams representing 11 engineering colleges from Kerala, the event was a grand celebration of alumni unity and friendly competition.
LBS College of Engineering, Kasaragod (LBSCEK) participated with two teams — one in the Masters category and the other in the Open category. The Masters team delivered an impressive run, making it to the semi-finals, while the Open category team put on a strong performance throughout the tournament and narrowly missed the title, losing the final to TKM College of Engineering.
The tournament’s Masters category title was ultimately clinched by the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, in a gripping final. The event was graced by Dr. Manesh Rasheed, Head of Physical Education at TKM College of Engineering, who served as the chief guest.
