The fifth tournament of the Engineers Premier League (EPL) season, The Ilahia Emirates Cup 2025 was held on February 2 at Sharjah Paintball Park, UAE. L.B.S. College of Engineering Kasaragod (CEKA UAE) emerged as Champions in the Classic category and Anjuman Engineering College (AEC) came victorious in the Masters category.
In one of the most thrilling final spectacles, CEKA UAE secured victory in the Classic category by defeating NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, by 2-0. Emran was selected as the best goalkeeper while Fasal was selected as the top scorer and best player of the tournament. In the Masters category, MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, finished as runners-up after a 1-0 defeat against AEC.
The electrifying tournament at Sharjah Paintball Park featured 91 matches with participation from 41 engineering college alumni teams. Although an initial spell of rain slightly dampened the spirit and slowed the pace of the matches, the competition resumed with even greater enthusiasm. Over a thousand spectators gathered at the venue to witness the action.
