CEKA Qatar Onam Celebration 2025 was joyfully conducted on 31st October 2025 at Bharath Taste Restaurant Thumama, Doha, Qatar. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of over 100 members, making it a memorable gathering of friendship and festive spirit. The celebration was inaugurated by Abdul Gafoor Sir, former lecturer of LBS college, who shared his warm wishes and nostalgic memories. The program began with a welcome speech by Secretary Nigesh, followed by the presidential address by CEKAQ President Prasun. Treasurer Anees delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants and sponsors.
The day featured various cultural and fun programs, showcasing the talents of members and adding colour to the celebration. A grand Onasadya was served, capturing the traditional essence of Onam. The event also included an introduction and meet-and-greet session among batchmates, strengthening bonds and rekindling old friendships. Prizes were awarded to the winners of various competitions, adding excitement and cheer to the day’s proceedings.
Overall, the CEKAQ Onam Celebration 2025 was a resounding success, filled with joy, unity, and the true spirit of Onam. AGM was also conducted afterwards, and new panel was proposed which was wholeheartedly accepted by the members, with Pradeep Madhanan (2000 batch) as new President, Muhammed Sherin (2014 batch) as Secretary and Preethesh Gopi (2005 batch) as Treasurer.
